Hi! My name is Cameron Draper. Yoga has been a regular part of my life for over 10 years for both physical and mental health. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I took the opportunity to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Whenever I tell people that I am a yoga teacher, I tend to hear “I wish I could try yoga, but I’m not flexible enough,” but yoga is about more than flexibility and strength! Anyone who wants to try yoga should! I offer online group and private lessons at flexible rates. All of my classes are structured to be accessible to students of any level.
What can I say? I just love to be upside down and I’m not afraid to fall on my head (anymore).
About 6 years ago a friend and I tried an aerial yoga class and were immediately hooked on flying. I try to make aerial a regular part of my practice to improve strength and flexibility. It can also be an art form when choreographed to music.
